About the WorldFolk Foundation The WorldFolk Foundation is a grass-roots, non-profit organization dedicated to promoting people, music, and culture in the world. The WorldFolk Foundation is much more than the sum of its parts.  It is a dream, a philosophy, and a vision.  It is a dream in which people of diverse backgrounds and cultures can come together for a common cause to promote culture and the betterment of society.  It is a philosophy whereby people's similarities are of more importance than their differences, and those differences that they do have can be used as a learning tool, rather than something to be feared.  It is also a vision where everyone can truly be a part of the world... a world of peace, love, and understanding. The WorldFolk Foundation and Diesel Rocket Promotions produces the annual Las Vegas GirlFestival which has now evolved in 2010 into the Green Girl Music and Arts Festival.
